Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@turkeydenim.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Flash Sale, Discounted Sale), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Turkey denim offers returns for products within seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.

It may take up to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product.

Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.

Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Turkey Denim shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.

In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. In case both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub.

The customer can raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt. If we receive the request from the customer for another attempt within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt, we can arrange the last attempt for delivery within two (2) business days otherwise the item will be sent for liquidation and the customer won’t be able to request for the delivery of the product again.

Exchange done by the customer they need to pay the delivery charges of AED 21

CAN I GET CASH REFUND?

No cash refund — states that no monetary refunds will be given, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges.

Store Credit or Exchanges: Shipping charge of 49dhs will be applicable.

Exchange can be done only once.

Yes, If card payment the cancellation charge will be applicable of AED 14.
